    Can you try running Fiddler and looking for an error... https://support.geocortex.com/use-fiddler-to-capture-web-traffic-between-a-web-browser-and-a-web-site

    Hi Wayne,

    Thanks for your response.  I did try Fiddler, and it just gave me an HTTP 500 error.  Do you have any thoughts on what might be causing that error?

    Hello Becky,

    We believe that this has actually occured to several of our clients. If you can confirm that the browser window loads with a 500.21 error. you may be able to fix this by running the command in a command window:

    From this location: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\

    Run: aspnet_regiis -i

    Great, I'm glad to hear that it worked.

     

    We are looking into ways to detect when we need to run this command during install. It might only be necessary for particular environments as it seems to be affecting older versions of Windows.
