Can not get SetImageServiceInfo to work!!!

Hi,

I cannot get SetImageServiceInfo to work properly, it does not change the display in any way. Please look at the link online, check my GE Site entry, and check my workflow. I would appreciate help in getting this activity working. I have tried this as a startup workflow and as an i want to workflow, i have also tried the ge site index number as the imageservice index and i have tried "CharloteLAS" as the image service index.
