Identity Server - Can't get to sign in page

I'm trying to set up some site security in Essentials 4.2 and Silverlight Viewer 2.3.1 using the Geocortex Identity Server and when I click the Sign In button I get the following message:  Access Denied This site is restricted.  I don't even  make it to the page where I can enter credentials.  Any ideas where I should check some configuration?  I have a test roles and users set up in the Identity Server.

  Problem solved.  I needed to add the Essentials Url to the security settings.  For clarification, in Manager, click on the Security tab.  Click on settings and under Allowable Redirect URLs enter your EssentialsUrl and click Add.  The EssentialsUrl can be found in your web.config file in your installation directory.  The default location for this is here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Manager\Web.config.  Look in <appSettings> for <add key="EssentialsUrl" value="http://yourservername/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites" />.

  Hello,

   

  I am facing similar kindda error and treid your suggestions. But the viewer continous with ArcGIS online login. I have some of the workflows that are dependent on user authentication. Caputering current user and loading layers for what they are permitted. 

   

  How do i capture identity server users when there is no login or sign-in enabled for it?
