Merge reports

I'm trying to make a workflow to populate differents subreport then merge to one PDF, I know I can use "Insert Into List" then use the "Merge Pdfs" tool to do this, but I don't know how many subreports I will have, I think the number of subreports will depend on another data filed.

Is there a way to populate those reports? If so, how is it done?

  Were you ever able to figure this out?  I would like to create a workflow that merges all reports available in a site.

  Do you means a workflow that merges all reports available for a feature?

   

  Don't forget that reports are configured for layers and a site consumes one or more maps and that maps can have multiple layers.

   

  A report can already have subreports so that multiple sets of datalinks (for a feature) are able to be configured to have their own layout etc.

   

  Maybe it would be goo to expand your use case out a bit more to enable forum members a better chance of helping with your problem.
