two different map tips????

The map tip i show when i click on a record in the results table is different from the map tip i show when i click on the map. the map tip on the map is what i was expecting, field, text, etc.  the map tip that shows from a click on the record, just shows the objectid??? i know i can modify this in the results table actions click event, but what command should i use to get the same map tip as clicking on the map????

  What settings are you using in the Look and Feel section of your Viewer for your results list, map tips, and feature description?

  ok, i did some more testing and this problem only occurs when you use the get selected in workflow. still looking for a way to make it the same.
