Why do charts X Axis hour format show as 4 hours ahead?

I've got charts set up on datalinks and I'm showing data over the past day in the charts. I've formatted the datetime field for the x axis to be hour, which is one of the choices. However the hour is about 4 hours ahead of what the data actually says. Anybody know why t his would be?

  In case anybody else comes across this - its a bug.
