Site has problems with Print and Export with aerial imagery
My site is having problems exporting and/or printing aerial map services. Let me explain. I am using GE 4.3 and HTML5 2.4. Users have aerial image turned on and it is visible in the app. User goes to print or export, the results do not include the aerial image. This happens regardless of the aerial imagery map service source (ArcGIS Server, AGOL). This happens regardless of scale. I have looked at every setting I can think off and the site still won’t export/print the aerial. All other map services in the site export/print fine. This is only happening with one site. I have created a new site from scratch and export/print works. I also don’t have any problems when I export/print using the LA County demo site. This appears to be a problem with the site not with my instance or ArcGIS server. I have tried every setting I can think of to duplicate the problem on the new site but I have had no luck. I want to know why this is happening. So I it doesn’t start happening to any new sites I create.

Chris,
any relation to this recent posting? https://support.geocortex.com/SupportForums/Thread.aspx?thread=58415&mid=2&pageid=0&ItemID=2&pagenumber=1#post162924

I am experiencing similar problems to the other post however my circumstances are different. I am running AGS 10.2.2. This problem occurs even when using the AGOL imagery map services.
I have done additional testing. I have found that I can recreate the problem in a new site. If the image map service is visible by default when the site loads then it will export/print. If the imagery is not visible by default when the site loads then it will not export/print even if a user makes it visible.

Hi Chris,
There was another issue GVH-5922 which addressed a bug in non-default service printing. This fix will be included in 2.4.1 (or whatever the next HTML5 release is).
Thanks,
Kevin
