GVH 2.4 fails to include “Map Orientation” property as the one available in Sygic
How to change Map orientation in GVH (not to be north based but to match the reality),
This option is already available in Sygic: GPS Navigation, Maps & POI, Route Directions

I mean that I want the map to rotate with my direction to meet the reality in Sygic you can switch between north and reality orientation, But how about Geocortex is this available?
Thanks,
Ahmad

Not currently. The 2.X versions of the HTML5 viewer uses the 3.X versions of the ArcGIS JavaScript API, which does not support map rotation (this limitation was unique to the JavaScript API -- you could rotate your map in both Flex and Silverlight). That said, Esri's 4.X API supports map rotation, so from version 3.0 forward, the HTML5 viewer will also support it.
Note however that this only applies to the map view in the viewer itself; there is no plan at this time to support map rotation in printing or reporting.0
