Initial Extent scale different on main vs. second monitor
The initial extent scale in my GVH 2.4 is different if I load the page on my main monitor (with the task bar) vs. on my second monitor (no taskbar). I have the initial extent set to show my entire city (scale bar max is 1 mi), which works correctly on my main monitor. But on the second monitor it's zoomed in so I can't see the whole city (scale bar max is 0.4 mi).
Interestingly, it only uses the wrong initial extent on my second monitor if the browser window is maximized. I tested it in Chrome, Firefox, and IE. The scale is wrong on the second monitor with a maximized browser window from Chrome and IE, but Firefox is okay. They all work correctly on the main monitor and on the second monitor if the browser window isn't maximized.
The ZoomToInitialExtent also resets the map incorrectly on the second monitor in a maximized window.
I looked at a different site that uses the GVH 2.3, and the scale is the same regardless of which monitor I use and if the window is maximized or not.
