First of all thanks for all the enhancements to the editing tools over the years. I was wondering if we could get a split and combine (union features) tool specifically when editing line features. Use case- yesterday I was working on a road closure for some recent flooding in our County. We're generally told that this road is closed from this intersection to the next or this address to the next intersection. Thus, part of the road was closed but not the entire length of road. I have my road layer already set all I needed to do was click Edit feaure (thanks for that) split midway change attributes for that portion to closed and combine the other piece with the southern end. No split tool was avaialble :-(  I had to perform a lot of re-shaping and wrangling with vertices and nodes to get this done. The snapping was also a bit erratic. It would also be nice to set which attributes are editable within the Geocortex interface so you don't have to expose extra fields to the user.  I might want the fields there for diaplying and such but not for editing.

  This would be useful for us to. We'd need it to make polygon features with holes (In the SL-viewer we make to overlapping polygons and then use union).
