Windows Integrated Permissions

Hello,

I'm having trouble setting up permissions for single sign on.  When I go to add a permission for domain user or group I'm not getting any domain entries in the drop down choices.  I am getting some local server users/groups.  I have tried adding the "domain\".  I thought this was supposed to work out of the box?  I am running GE 4.3 on Win Server 2008 R2.

Could use a hint.

  Are you using IIS? Did you enable Windows Authentication on the site your Geocortex install is on?

  Just passing on the resolution in case anyone else ever has trouble.  Worked with latitude support to explicitly set the LDAP search service, also I had to run manager app pool under a network service account

  Hi Jake,

  This sounds like the problem I'm facing right now that I am anxious to resolve. Please describe for me in more detail what you indicated you did. Specifically how you "explicitly set the LDAP search service." I already have EssentialsAppPool4 running as NetworkService identity, if that equates to your "run manager app pool under a network service account." Does it? Your help will be much appreciated, please.

  did you get a resolution?  i have an open ticket with Latitude support, but htis situation describes my situation exactly.  please let me know.
