GVH v2.4 Multiple Results Pages - Visible Pushpins
After crunching the results of a query through a geometry service to combine the results, the "SetMapExtent" on the results work fine.
But what I noticed was that since my results have multiple pages, the pushpins only display for the current results page and not all of them combined together.
The results are generated through a workflow.
Should the pushpins display as a complete set?

As far as I know, the pushpins are bound to the currently shown results by page. This prevents 1000+ pushpins from being shown at once which could drasitically impact viewer performance.

Kevin,
Good points that you've mentioned. Makes sense too.
Thanks for the clarification.

Not sure if this is still an issue, but it is for me. Mainly because there is no easy way in HTML5 to create a map showing the extent of a mailing label run. In Silverlight, we just add the buffer to the Markup layer, and then it is easy. I've upped the pageSize from 50 to 500 in the Desktop.json.js file, and have not seen much impact on performance, and now usually the pushpins will all display, and I'll have my users use that to make their maps, at least until LG improves the Buffer routine. 0
