emulate html5 2.4.0 in 2.4.1

My users would like the maptips in 2.4.1 to look like they do in 2.4.0, specifically they want the map tip to point to the clicked feature and would like to have no maptip actions in the maptip footer to show.

I have looked in the 2.4.1 desktop.json file and i could not locate those settings.  I know this is probably possible, but some guidance on how to customize the map tips in the latest release.

So, how would I change the location to the feature and eliminate the action hyperlinks in the map tip footer?

  thanks i will check that out.  i also have noticed the list widget in the forms activity has changed behaviour.  are there other changes and is there a link to them.
