Data Link Problem

Hi All

I have performed many data links without any problem.

I am attempting to Link a Polygon Layer to a table that is in SDE. 

The link looks like this:  SELECT OBJECTID, EXCEPTION, BY_LAW, NOTES, DOC, LINK FROM GISADMIN.EXCEPTION_BYLAWS WHERE EXCEPTION = :Exception

 

The Join is on Exception which is just a text field

I can join it no problem in ArcMAP, and I do not recieve any errors in Geocortex but when I identify the Exception in the Map I get no results.

  Have you done other data links to feature tables? Normally you need a join in your data link in order to connect the feature class or table to your map layer and to run the query on the record you select in your viewer.
