Re-Order Layers in HTML5?

I'm at 2.4 HTML5 and I want to be able to re-order the layers like I can in Silverlight...  can I do this?

  If you're referring to the Re-order Layers tool in the GVS, then no, there isn't an equivalent tool in the GVH.

  Yes I know there is no "tool" like this, but is the ability to do this in a workflow or other modification there?

  There is no Re-order Layers to in GVH. Vote up the idea up.
