Basemap layers will not print

Uncovered a bug…

GVH v2.4

If a tiled-image map service contains layers and is set as a basemap the imagery will not print unless the map service is turned on “checked” in the map services tab.  The basemap widget works just fine.  However with the map-service turned on the site loads all basemaps on init – a bit confusing for the user and increases app load time.

Can be reproduced using ESRI's world-imagery service.

  Hi David,

  Thanks for the report. This issue was addressed in GVH 2.4.1 (GVH-5922:  non-default basemap fails to print).

  Please have a look in the new 2.4.1 version and let us know if you are still seeing any issues.
