Large format print - output file location

I enabled the print job for one of the template and tried a large format printing.

But I could not find the output file in the server. Also I could not find the output location which was mentioned in the administrator guide "<GE_WWWROOT>\App_Data\Print Jobs"

Instead the temp files are processed in the following folder and deleted after the process is complete:

E:\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Print Jobs

(So the process acts same like when the print job is disabled in the template?).

I would like to know where the output file is stored?

Or do i miss something in the configuration?

We are currently running Geocortex 4.0.1 and silverlight viewer 2.2
