Layer List on Startup

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to show the layer list on startup much like the home panel. Im running GE4.2.1 and HTML5 2.3

  Hi Ken,

  When you edit the viewer, under Look and Feel > Data Frame, check the "Open by Default" box.  If you don't have a home panel by default, then the layer list will be shown.

  I want to have the layer tab opened on default but to have the home panel icon visible beside the layers to be selected. Right now when I deselect the home panel to not be opened on default, (but to still be included) the only way to access the home panel is through the "I want to menu" or the toolbar. Is there a way to have the layers tab opened on default but to have the home panel still available for a user to select it?
