ESRI Geocode results
I am transfering our silverlight applications to HTML 5 2.4 and after many hours of messing with the proxy.config file I finally was able to get the geocoder working.
Now the problem is it is returning massive amouts of results that it never did in the silverlight applications. The basemap data is not set to be identified or search so that is not it. It almost appears that the match results level is set to 0.
Has anyone else run into this or does anyone have any knowledge of how to solve this issue for the html 5 viewers?
Thanks for the help

Darren,
Could you explain how you configure and how to test little more detail?
Is this steps you did?
1) using Essential manager, configure GIS Services on your site with AGS Geocorder (http://geocode.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer)?
2) Configure both GVS and GVH using that Site
3) then you found the result by 'Global Search' from GVS and GVH are different?
What 'text' to search were you using?
Is your viewer accessible by the public so that we can test it out?
Have you checked what result AGS locator returns to you by Fiddler before rendering to the Viewer?

Sorry about that I guess more info would be good.
1) yes I am using manager and setting it up with http://geocode.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer
2) yes vonfigured in both using the same site.
3) Yes, using the global search. Results are completely different between the 2.
4) the site is internal
the geocoder is working fine in everything but the HTML 5 viewer. I am very confused as to why they are acting differently.
Thanks
Darren
