Map Extent Issue
Our organization currently has 3 sites, but only one of them is having this difficulty. We are unable to zoom out the extent of the map for a development site that we want to move to production. The widget is greyed out and it does not respond to the scroll wheel either, and thus it is constraining the map viewer to zoom out.
We have checked and re-checked the edit options for the extent (as seen in image below). I'm at a loss as to what is causing the constraint, and wondered what your thoughts and things to check might be.

I'm not sure why this worked, but I re-ordered the way the basemaps were listed under Map Services and it corrected the zoom restriction.

Hi Faron,
The bottom-most map service on the "Map Services" tab is known as the primary service and has special significance. In addititon to determining the map's spatial reference, the map's default scale range and zoom levels are also set according to the primary service. See the Geocortex Essentials Administrator Guide for more information. It's possible that by changing the order of map services, you changed the primary service, and in the process also changed the allowable scale range for your map.
