ComboBox populates date wrong in HTML5 but not Silverlight

Good Morning!

We recently upgraded our Essentials package and the HTML5 viewer to the latest releases. 

Before the upgrade we had custom workflows that worked in both Silverlight & HTML5, however they no longer work in HTML5.

I read there was an issue with using dates in ListBoxes, however I am also experiencing the same behavior when using ComboBoxes.

Attached is a screenshot of what i'm experiencing, is there anyways to fix this? 

The selectionthe user makes in the ComboBox (Case Date field) will then cause the ListBox (Case Number field) to auto-populate with the corresponding value.
