long description appearance- HTML vs Silverlight

HTML 2.4 viewer and SLV 2.4 and GE 4.3

Same site for both viewers. 

Has anyone else noticed this and know how to fix it?

Long Description in SLV appears as below.  Some single spacing, some double spacing between lines. Somewhat compact.

But in the HTML viewer, the same long description appears to have double spacing or more between all of the lines.  Not as compact which is not good when viewing on a tablet.  If single spacing as above, the long description would fit inside the popup (on a tablet. the below screenshot is from a Desktop PC).

  The HTML5 viewer seems to interpret <p> and <div> differently than the Silverlight viewer.  It appears that HTML5 understands postioning without using those.  If you do need to use one because of Silverlight, <div> seems to work better than <p>.

   

    The first image below shows what my parcel result looks like, and below that is the way I set this up in Manager...
