No Launch URL after upgrade to 2.4.1

I upgraded several viewers to 2.4.1 from 2.3 and now there's no launch link? Did I miss a step? The upgrade seemed to go smoothly and there were no errors...

  I re-ran Deploy Management Pack and Deploy Template to IIS and it corrected the issue.  It must not have completed the first time!
