Zoom closer than the base map largest scale

Hi Folks,

We are using Geocortex html 5 viewer and bing road map as base map. 

One map service need to zoom closer then the largest scale of bing's base map.

Once zoom to the largest scale of the base map, there is no response after click the zoom in "+" button.

Set up the maximum scale dose not work. 

Any help appreciate.

  The viewer will use the scale levels of the bottom map service on the Map Services tab in GE Manager.

  Put a basemap with the additional scale levels you need at the bottom of the list so your viewer is no longer using the Bing map service to set the scale levels.

  We ended up created our own service specifically for this purpose with 2 additional scale levels.  (ArcCatalog will allow you to create a custom tiling scheme using the ESRI/Bing/Google tiling scheme as the base)
