GE 4.4 and HTML5 2.5 Viewer error

Hello,

 

I have updated both GE and Viewer to latest versions and configured them on Windows server 8. It meets all prerequisites.

 

I had registered GE for ArcGIS online sign-in and have feature layer added from the account. 

 

Though there are no post installation or configuration errors, the viewer shows this error : 

 

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000e8ExXEAU

Are there any suggestions to this?

  If this has to do with the 

   

  An error occurred.

   

  ConfigurationDomainMismatch: Could not load viewer because the specified configuration file is not on the same domain as the viewer 

   

  (http://geo/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites/Tcland/viewers/Tcpropmo/virtualdirectory/Resources/Config/Default/Desktop.json.js).

   

  I'm getting the same thing

  Typically this error is causes when index.html is being loaded using https but the config file is being loaded with just http.

  Change them both to the same protocol (http or https) and it should work.

  Hello, 

  Thank you for your response. But both index and config links are through http protocol and not https. 

   

  Pls check the viewer link - 

  http://gisserv/Html5Viewer/Index.html?configBase=http://gisserv/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites/GCMMF_Geocortex_GIS/viewers/GCMMF_Viewer_HTML5/virtualdirectory/Resources/Config/Default

   

  Also checked web.config file in GE Manager folder and it has this link for GeocortexEssentials - 

   

   <add key="EssentialsUrl" value="http://gisserv/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites" />

   

  Am I missing on anything else?

  Repairing was not successfull.

  The issue was resolved after uninstalling all GE components and deleting all folders from Program Files and re-installing again.
