Exporting users from one site to another

Hi,

We have a requirement to migrate our existing server to a new one, so as a part of this activity we would be building the server from scracth.

In this whole activities we are not sure how the users configured under security tab in a site, would be migrated to the new site in a different server.

Also where will the users and thier passwords are stored?

Any suggestions or help on this is highly appreciated.

FYI, we are using 3.15.0 version of Geocortex.
