Report Wizard Stalls

Just wanted to see if anyone has had issues with the Report Wizard.  I was able to add one yesterday with no problems, but today, it stalls out on me.  I've restarted our server thinking it was just getting bogged down, but that didn't help.  It gets to the point where it lets me choose an .rpx, and then I get a blank window.  We're running Essentials 4.3.0.
