Is there a way to set the transparency of an Active Highlight Layer?

  If your talking about the fill color of a highlight in a workflow, use the command "SetHighlightFillColor" and then set a hex color with a transparency value such as "#4D4CA0D8" for 30% blue.

  Transparency table of percentages to hex values. E.g. for 50% white you'd use #80FFFFFF

  This isn't working for me for some reason.  I have my fill set to "99000000" and I'm getting a solid black with no transparency.
