Template Report - Data SubReport

I'm using a template report that is composed of a map subreport and a data subreport. I have 6x data fields that are present in the map subreport. Please see first image. But one of the requirements is that I provide the ability to allow the client to keyin a map title value in "DataField6" 

The data fields below are placed in the map subreport but are invisible.

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elzcGEAQ

So I store the 6x data fields in the data subreport. Please see attached.

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eltzuEAA

Unfortunately, Datafield6 doesn't even appear anywhere in my final output.

Does anyone have a clue as to how I can get this working? Or a sample report would be good too.

  I had to have a third report.  The main report contains a subreport where the title would go. I had a text box on my Mapsubreport set to invisible as you have.  But I also needed a third report with a text box in the location I wanted the Title to appear in the main report.  My TitleSubReport and Title section of my main report are below.

  Main Report:

  /customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elu12EAA

   

  Title Subreport:

  /customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elzXGEAY
