Can't export HTML5 Query Results - BUG?

GCE 4.3.1, HTML5V 2.4.1

Exporting identify results to csv or xlsx works fine, but exporting query results mostly doesn't work. I can sometimes get a single result from some layers, but mostly, i just get the message that it is exporting to csv or xlsx and then there is no download. This fails so frequently that I'd call it non-functional. I've tried changing the field settings to fix the problem with no luck.

Anyone have any ideas?
