Viewer upgrade to GVH 2.5 problem

I have a new upgrade problem, this time with the GVH 2.5. I upgraded GE and upgraded the viewer from the Post-Install Configuration. Somehow it deployed to http instead of https, which I'm *assuming* is the problem with the launch URLs from Manager. I changed the viewer URLs in Manager because I noticed they had switched back to http. Here is the error if I try to launch:

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000e8Ex3EAE

How do I get the viewer template to deploy to https? Or is this a different problem. Did I miss a config file in there somewhere. I don't remember seeing an option when upgrading the vte to choose another protocol.

  Yes, it looks like I missed a manual config file - the web.config in C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Maps\REST Elements\Manager has an Essentials URL that got overwritten, although it didn't show up in the GE "compare" process. I just had to change that to use https.
