No label toggle option

Hello,

 

There is no label toggle option availale in any version of GE (4.2,4.3, 4.4) with supporting HTML Viewers. Though the documentation provided by geocortex says so. 

Whats the way?

  What documentation are you referring to? I was pretty sure that label toggling was only available for the GVS.

  My workaround is to publish a separate map service with all of my layer labels, and then I put the map layer and its labels layer into the same folder in the layer list. It's a little extra work, but i think it's worth it because

  1. Users can still turn labels on and off
  2. All of the labels interact and move around each other since they're all in the same map service

  Hi John,

   

  Thank you for your guide. But being a newbie, I m little unsure of what you are suggesting. 

  Some more detailing would be helpful. 

  I m adding Feature Layer from ArcGIS online. There are no map services.

  I m also clueless why no feature label appear for my layers when i view site in viewer. Though i have configure settings for the same.
