organized help document
When I try to implement a task (i.e. reverse geocoding), I am not sure which activities I need.
I can see "ReverseGeocode" on the menu, but at the same time I think that I'll probably need more than this one.
I know what each activity does by looking at help doc.
However, I am not sure what argument values look like (complicated ones such as CType(selectedPntGraphic, MapPoint) and more over which activities in what order I need to use because a lot of time more than one activity are required for a certain task.
My challenge is now to find a good example relevant to my task, reverse geocoding for example.
I started poking every single activity including all the nested ones from the LA County app.
Luckily I found "DriveTime" workflow from the LA County has ReverseGeocode.
I now try to figure out which activites and how they were used and what argument values look like.
The bottom line is this is not efficient by just poking workflows with fingers crossed. It's like treasure hunting.
It would be wonderful I just go to a website where often used tasks are categorized and for each task there is a workflow example provided.
For instance, the website lists a series of tasks on the left panel.
One of them is Geocode.
For the Geocode item, there is a geocode workflow presented on the right panel.
Under the Geocode item, there is a sub item called "Reverse Geocode".
For the Reverse Geocode, there is a reverse geocode workflow on the right panel.
Having an organized/categorized sample site provided makes the software would look professional and very helpful.

Hello Yunsik,
In the Geocortex Essentials 4.4 release, there is a Workflow Sample site included in the Sample Sites directory. It contains a large number of sample workflows from the more recent versions of GE.
Currently, tt doesn't include the Geocode or Reverse Geocode activities but I've added them to the list of activities to include for the next release.
Thanks, Stefan.
