IE Print dialog issue

A user pointed out a weird print dialog issue today which I was able to reproduce in IE 11. When entering text into the Title or Notes sections, the letters start to go backwards. So when typing "notes", you consistently get "ontes" until you delete and retype. Also, the dropdowns for resolution and format are initially blank, then you click again and they show up. Easier to see both issues in the screenshot. I'm not sure if it's a speed issue? I can't reproduce it in FF or Chrome.
