Options to configure things like the toolbar are blank for HTML5 viewer in manager. Seems like I had this happen once when first installed, but can't remember what made it show up. Ideas?

Answered my own question. I had upgraded a viewer and several of the areas didn't show up. Removed the viewer and added a "new" viewer and everything worked. 0 -

I believe you are experiencing an issue that some other customers have also come across. It involves upgrading when you have explicitly disabled offline functionality.
