Trouble with new Support Center login
Everytime i try to login to the support center it forgets the password that I setup. I can get in to the support center by clicking the forgot password and getting an email to change my password. I can then "change" my password (i have tried actually changing it and using my old one) and then get in. However, as soon as I am logged out either on purpose or timed out, i can no longer log in with my new password and have to go through the same process again.
Anyone else seeing this problem?

Are you using your email address or your old user name? I was getting the same response as you are until I realized that the login wants your email address instead of the user name.
And I wish there was a check box to stay logged in...0 -
