Service Connections Throws Error if Site not Open - Version 4.4

This is just an observation on behaviour in version 4.4 that is different then previous versions.

 

If you open the Service Connections tab with out a site open for editing and you browse your service connections an error is thrown.

 

 

If you have a site open for editing and then open the Service Connections tab and browse your service connections no error is thrown.

 

 

This behaviour is different from version 4.3.1 and is consistent on all my version 4.4 instances.
