Related Tables - View Attributes
I have a map service (hydrants) that contains a point feature class and a related maintenance table. The relationship class is defined in ArcGIS. I can't seem to access the related table in the map viewer anywhere. I'm using GE 4.4 and GVH 2.5. The ultimate goal is to allow system operators to view past mainenance records for a particular hydrant in identify results. The table and feature class are related on systemID. Can someone please tell me the steps required to set this up correctly?

I should mention I have feature access enabled on the map service. Could that be casuing the issue? I just tried creating a brand new map service without feature access enabled and the related records showed up. 0 -
Did you enable the relationship for that layer in Manager? Once that is enabled, you will be able to see those related tables in the viewer. See page 291 of the Essentials 4.4.0 Administrator Guide. 0 -
Thanks Marshall. I can see the related records now. New challenge - I created a new hydrant map service with feature access. I add the feature layer to a site for editing but there doesn't appear to be a way to see the related records unless I add both the map service and the feature layer. The hydrant layer allows the user to see related records and the feature layer allows editing but I need the user to be able to see the related records and edit the feature without them have to dealw ith 2 seperate identify results.
