Configure different north arrow for print template?

Is there a way to change the default North Arrow for a print template?  It seems to default to this--> but what if I want a different one?

  You configure the north arrow in the Manager, not the print template itself. If you go to the Print Templates page from the menu on the left in Manager there is an Edit North Arrow button next to the Add Print Template and Import Print Template buttons. From there you can select the north arrow icon and color.
