Clustering issues
I've noticed several issues with clustering turned on:
1) While your cursor is on a feature like in a polygon or on a point then you can't pan. You can pan once the cursor is off of a feature or by using the arrow keys.
2) You can only identify one polygon at time when you have overlapping polygons. Upon turning clustering off it gives you the option to select which of the overlapping features you want.
3) You can't expand clusters that are within a larger displaying polygon.
4) You can't make spatial edits to a layer with clustering turned on. You can set it up so the user can turn it off manually. Then you can make spatial edits. Attribute edits are unaffected by this.
5) The symbology for a layer set to have clustering turned on by default won't display in the Map Layers bar. They will display if you switch to Show Legend.
6) The Map Tips pop up window doesn't work on layers with clustering turned on.
