Is it possible to replicate the single-button click zoom in and zoom out like in Silverlight?

Hi.  In our Silverlight viewers, the Zoom In and Zoom Out tools are sticky, and allow the users to either drag a box, or do a single click, to zoom in and out.  The HTML5 viewer tools don't have the single click functionalty.  Is there a way of adding it in?
