Community email notifications

Hi folks,

 

Several of you have reported that you have not been receiving email notifications when Community posts or categories you have subscribed to have receieved updates. Late last week, we identified an issue where the number of email recipients for a given notification was constrained, resulting in a bit of a lottery; for each notification, some of you got an email and some of you did not. I apologise for the confusion and inconvenience this issue has sown.

 

We have pushed out a fix for this issue, so you should now be receiving email notifications for all of the posts or categories you're following. If you still find that you are not getting the notifications you expect, (To: community@geocortex.com) please let me know.
