Are there any new features? 0 -
@Jordan can you clarify if this refers to the extension for use only with the Geocortex Silverlight Viewer or if this also relates to integrating Pictometry with the HTML5 viewer? 0 -
Hello, Jordan.
In reference to your original announcement that the Pictometry extension can be found on the Essential Dowloads page, has its download link been moved? I do not see a Pictometry extension download at stated location.
Regards,
-SJE0 -
Hi Steve,
The link hasn't moved, but it will only appear on the downloads page for users whose organizations have purchased Pictometry Extension for Geocortex Essentials. If you believe you should have access to this download, (To: community@geocortex.com) please let me know and I will investigate.
Apologies to Pascual -- I missed your question. The Pictometry Extension for Geocortex Essentials is only for the Silverlight viewer. The HTML5 viewer has a sample integration with Pictometry which offers similar functionality. For more information, please see the section on the Integration Module in the HTML5 viewer's Administrator and Developer Guide (section 15.31 in the 2.7.2 guide).0 -
Hi Jordan,
I noticed on the lifecycle /deprecation plan that the pictometry extension is now retired. Is that just for the silver light viewer or are you discontinuing support for pictometry altogether..(html 5 integration). please let me know.
CheersSean

Hey Sean,
This announcement is specific to the Silverlight Pictometry Extension. We didn't build an 'off the shelf' pictometry extension for HTML5 because with the 3rd party map functionality it is pretty trivial to set this up in your HTML5 viewer. There is an example available for how to get Pictometry running inside the HTML5 3rd party map window.
