HTML Profile tool instructions?

Folks,

 

does anyone have the instructions for setting up the Profile tool in the HTML viewer. I've previously set it up using this old link

and I can download the xaml from this site in the code samples section, but there are no instructions. They were basically in the post, not the download. I've got an issue with setting this up in our new environment, and would really like to know if I'm setting it up correctly!

 

any help appreciated.

  Were you able to get this working?  The only code gallery downloads I'm able to find are for the Silverlight Viewer.
