Editing Feature Service with Domains

Trying to edit a feature service with coded domains. I get an 'Error Saving Feature' error: The value 'xx' in field xx violates relationship cardinality. Changes not saved." Any ideas why I would get this? Pretty sure the domain is okay.

 

Running 4.4.2 and HTML5 2.5.1
