error loading map service

I have a new server with Server 2012 R2, Essentials 4.4, HTML5 2.5 and ArcGIS Server 10.2.2 loaded.

 

Before the new server I had a test web site on a machine with Server 2008 R2, Essentials 4.3.1, HTML5 2.4 and ArcGIS Server 10.1 loaded.

 

I can see my test site just fine from my old server but on the new server I get "Error Loading Map Services". The site itself comes up but there is no map.

 

What do I need to do to get the map service to show on the new servers web site?

  With help from support they found it was a firewall issue.
