Intermittent spatial reference problem

I am having an intermittent problem with Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 2.5 on Goecortex Essentials 4.4.0

 

The error we see in the console is:

 

Map: Geometry (wkid: 29900) cannot be converted to spatial reference of the map (wkid: 4326)

 

We also see the following warning in the console:

 

Overview Map Layer WKID/WKT differs from basemap. There may be rendering errors in the overview map. Layer:...

 

When this happens, our map fails to load.  This happens about 50% of the time that we load our map.  Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this as all our layers use spatial reference 29900.

  Hi Paul,

   

  You mentioned in an email that this was happening only when you changed to use the secured Ortho service from ArcGIS Online. Is that still the case? Were you able to reproduce this in a standalone site with just the suspected service?
