"I Want to Menu" and "Basemap Menu" on HTML5 doesn't work on iPad (iOS 9)

Menus work fine when viewer is launched on a PC and on Android, but somehow the  "I Want to Menu" and "Basemap Menu" are not funtional on an IPad (iOS 9).  The options are listed when the menu button is selected, but the menu items do not fire the appropriate command. The menu just closes and nothing happens. Anyone else has experienced this on an iPad? If so, how to fix this?  Thank you.

  Hello Barry, 

  Which versions of Geocortex Essentials and the Geocortex HTML5 viewer are you using? I have been using GE 4.4 and GVH 2.5/2.5.1 with iOS 9 and haven't had issues yet, but there may be something with older versions.

  We are seeing the same issue with VicMap, which is currently running on GE 4.1.5, GVH 2.2.

  We have also had this issue reported on the iPhone.  We have tested with Android phone and Windows tablet and those seem to be working fine.
