Adding related table record - error

I'm getting this error when I try to add a record to related table. Has anyone else encountered this? I'm using GE 4.4 and GVH 2.5

  Hi Rebecca,

   

  I would check the SYSTEM log around the time you tried to add the record (C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\REST\App_Data\Logs\SYSTEM.DATE)

   

  It should give an indication of what went wrong.  Feel free to post any errors here.

  It was an oversight on my part. I didn't have "create" enabled on the map service. I wanted to avoid allowing users to create new features, just have them add related records but realized there's a different setting to control that.
