Can you use instant search with a map service whose data is in a file geodatabase?

  Thanks Alejandro.  I can't seem to get the indices created though.   I have 2 map services that I had previously scanned and indexed for instant search.  Because we are physically moving our enterprise databases (down for half a day), we needed to create the map services from a file geodatabase to support our emergency management services.  I removed the previous enterprise database referenced map services from the site and added the new ones.  When I start the indexing on either of the new map services, the process seems to start and the status is "Scanning", however there is never any update to the Features %.  I checked the elasticsearch webpage and there isn't an index for either of the new map services and no activity from the indexing and scanning processes.

   

  The only difference is that the new map services are secured and require a username and password.  When instant search starts is does ask to grant essentials  to send the credentials to Geocortex Core. 

   

  I'm running Essentials 4.4.1 GVH 2.5.1

   

  Any thoughts on the issue?
